Higher interest after advice

Member of staff recommended switching part of our easy access savings to a cash isa, which gave us a higher interest rate. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Very happy with service

Went in to enquire about ISA's, was guided through options (by Rita), rang back and made an appointment for following day (with Marie), all went well and arranged a transfer for the required ISA, very happy with service. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Closing interest on bond paid by cheque!

I had a fixed rate bond which matured and I reinvested the capital into a new bond. Despite the fact that you pay the annual interest direct to my bank current account you only pay the closing interest by cheque. How old fashioned and inconvenient! Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
