Friendly welcome and very helpful.

Friendly welcome and very helpful. Disappointed initially as we attempted to open the new account the afternoon before be discovered branch closed a 2PM and we therefore had to make plans to revisit in the morning. Reviewed on: 13th November 2025

New account opening

Opened a new ISA account plus a transfer of an ISA from another B.SOC. Extremely helpful staff who guided through the forms. Prompt efficient service and open 5 days a week and Saturday unlike the Nationwide in Rugby. Reviewed on: 13th November 2025

Friendly and informative staff

The staff at Hinckley and Rugby Building Society are always friendly and are very informative. Their savings rates are competative and I am pleased that I can visit an office with any queries, instead of phoning or going online. Reviewed on: 12th November 2025
