Seamless Business Banking

This bank account was easy to set up with my personal banking with HSBC. Ordering a card, makingg transfers, setting up alerts have been easy to use features straight from my phone. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

It was so quick to set up and the app makes it so user friendly. I can keep track of all my business transactions daily. Simple to set up no nonsence

When something is no nonsence ,something else has been sacrificed to achieve this ... Customer service is close to very poor, no one knows what they are doing and you get passed around departments after waiting a minimum 30mins each time . It took 4 days to just have a fraud case logged! To say it's all online and electronic banking ,even your I'd set up when opening the account .....it stops there ,there's no online customer service , one chat took one day to respond to say "hi" . So you still have to go back to calling someone and a full process . Then having to go to my local branch to pick up my bank card . Initially easy and good to set up and no fuss ....the fuss all comes afterwords . If this can be changed or improved then it would be beyond any other business banking . Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
