The HSBC Kinetic Current Account is for business customers.

The account is for sole traders or single director shareholder businesses. There’s no monthly account fee and you get free UK digital banking. The HSBC Kinetic account also includes a monthly cashflow outlook and categorised spending tools.

Excellent Account for my Start Up Business

HSBC Kinetic is perfect for my small business, everything is so easy and simple to use on a day to day basis. The App is great and I find the analytics so useful, it'll definitely make completing my taxes less stressful as all the information need is right there already organised for me! I have found Kinetic straightforward and east to use, with customer service quick to respond to any of my queries. My one wish is that they'd properly integrate Xero, but I gather this is in the process of happening. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

The sign up process is easy, and the app is okay, in comparison to others who have better UI. Customer service on chat is slow, so whilst it may suit sole traders, larger businesses may need to consider alternative options, including one who has accessible customer service.
