Great until u have a problem

Ok with Kinetic

I find the app very useful if you just want to pay someone, however if you need that desktop all thrills banking app this not the account for you. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Easy to use and amazing customer service

As a user of HSBC Kinetic the app is extremely easy to use, I can easily access all my accounts in one place and do all me banking including paying in checks opening new accounts and getting access to my credit card. When I have had issues in the past I have phoned up there customer support and they have always been extremely friendly and always seem happy to help no matter how small the issue is.
