Works Perfectly

Having set up my Kinetic account I have had no issues whatsoever. I control everything through the app and have only had to contact the bank once since opening the account. This was due to me forgetting my pin number and there being no facility to check the number through the app. I was unable to use my card for a few days until a reminder turned up by post, but a very minor niggle as it was me that forgot the number. Quick and easy business account

I needed to set up a quick business account as a freelancer setting up a company. HSBC Kinetic is instinctive and easy to use which when you're the CEO and book-keeper is essential. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Kinetic is a great start-up business bank ... but has its limitations

I find that only being able to access my business ban through my mobile a little frustrating, as it makes is tricky when trying to connect to the Xero Accounting bank feeds - which has more functionality on a PC than a mobile phone it does cause some problems as now having tor manually import bank statements (which have to be done via the mobile phone as well) isn't the easiest way to bank or reconcile.
