Easy to apply

User friendly and easy to set up

It was extremely easy and quick to open a HSBC Kinetic account. The app is easy to navigate and I have had no issues using the card. It is also fairly straightforward to link your bank account to software such as Xero. The only thing to remember is to use your mobile phone to access Xero via the internet. It was also fairly straightforward to call up and change the name of the business account. Overall I am extremely satisfied. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Beast Bank Ever

I needed to open a business acc asap, so I went to HSBC branch at Hammersmith King's Mall, where all the staff is amazing, friendly and focused on helping their customers, they have made me aware of HSBC Kinetic. Signing up to HSBC Kinetics was super easy, at the comfort of my home, and got many months of free administration fee, which was a very welcomed bonus. I do recommend HSBC Kinetics to anyone. I think the app could improve a bit on costumer support though, the chat could provide faster help to customers. But overall great app and bank! Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

"credible, modern, informative and effortless"

Starting my business during a global pandemic was a scary one to say the least. I literally had no option as I couldn't secure a job in any field, professional or not. Business banking options were extremely limited at that time and I struggled to find an esablished bank to work with. After a 7 months using a Cashplus account finally banks were open to applications. I wanted to find a bank that was credible, modern, informative and effortless... that said my nearest branch is in Glasgow so any cash or cheques is a 2hr round trip (excuse to get out the house though). I am very impressed with the sleek app design and functionality. I do a lot of business in Hong Kong which is another reason I like to work with HSBC. 10/10 VOTE FOR ME! Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Highly recommended for a business on the go

The HSBC Kinetic has the best start up business current account, credit card and savings account from HSBC! Everything you need to get for a start up company! First of all it’s very easy to apply for the accounts on your mobile, once you’ve been verified you will be given the bank cards in a few days. Setting up direct debit’s and making payments via mobile is simple with no problems on the kinetic app, it’s well worth changing banks to be with HSBC as the customer service has been brilliant, thanks again Clark Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
