Ok but could be better

Switched from barclays for the cash reward. Was happy with the process and incentive but things like the HSBC app could be a lot better. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

No help for budgeting money

I feel HSBC a large global company, why they can’t invest in software which could assist customers with a visual chart what is spent on bills, shopping, clothing and going out so you limit spend and start saving to invest. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Five star service

I opened a graduate bank account with HSBC and the experience has surpassed my expectations. I moved from another bank which I wasn't too happy with due to the quality of service I was receiving. Everything at HSBC was explained to me in a fantastic way which has helped me to effectively save and manage my money. Staff have always been very helpful and taken the time to really make me feel like they had my best interests at heart. Would recommend! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Overdraft expensive
