Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help you (Kendal branch).

I travel a lot for work and I've often run into problems that HSBC has helped me out with. I once had my debit card stolen and it was difficult to get a replacement while I was abroad. However, the helpful staff at Kendal branch enabled me to get a new card promptly, and they also suggested making my mother a signatory to my account so that she can authorise such processes in the future should a similar situation arise. Average service

Good Customer Service

A good bank but tough to get an appointment in person

I have banked with HSBC for many years and have been happy with their service online and in the bank itself, my only issue would be that they should invest in more staff in their banks for busier days when requests can not be fulfilled online. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Free £175

Switched from NatWest, super easy, received £175 free cash as a result. Online banking and using the app, transferring money and paying bills is super easy. Customer service is great. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
