Helpfull and efficient

I has recently to misplace or lose my main credit card. Immediately went to my local branch - asked to speak to an advisor regarding the problem. Waited approximately 2 minutes - explained loss. Immediate hold on the card, a check of my account for any recent withdrawls (checking validity). And issue of a new card which arrived within 3 days. I call that good, efficient service with a human responsxe to my problem. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

I have banked with HSBC for decades, in different parts of the country, through good and 'less good' times. I've always found the staff there to be knowledgeable, kind, helpful and, above all, friendly. I can't imagine ever banking anywhere else. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
