disappointing branch closures after taxpayer bail-out

Really don't care about the little people.

Been a customer for 20 years and I go for some help after getting into some financial difficulty for the 1st time and was treated awfully. I was pretty much dismissed without even glancing at my details or history. As soon as I clear my overdraft with them i'm out of there!
