Not Enough Branches

Over the years there seems to be less and less HSBC branches open locally. They are also not open convenient hours. Reviewed on: 6th February 2018

Great bank

Super easy to keep track of everything on the go!

I want to tell you how much I love the HSBC banking app, it literally makes keeping track of my money so easy. I can transfer to my savings (or transfer back if I'm having a spending spree) make payments to friends and family and just generally keep a track on my incomings and outgoings, all from a click of a button where ever I am. I recently got married and went in to branch to change my name, I was in and out with 15mins and my new cards arrived within a week. For me though the highlight of HSBC (my friends and family think I'm crazy to get this excited) but they sent me a left handed cheque book, I've been struggling to fill cheques in for nearly 15 years, not anymore thanks to HSBC! Over 25 years great service from a high street bank

I'm very impressed with HSBC , they upgraded me to an advance bank account, telephone banking is easy , very good customer service. Reviewed on: 4th February 2018

Fab customer service

I have banked with the HSBC for many years and have always found their customer service outstanding, both in branch and on phone. The Internet banking is easy to use and the chat support is good too. Reviewed on: 4th February 2018

Excellent Online Fraud Service

My bank details were stolen and I had a number of fraudulent transactions on my account. One phone call to HSBC Security department and my account was credited within minutes. Great service and peace of mind restored. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018
