I've been with HSBC for over 3 years now. Their customer service is fine. I've never had any complaints. The incentive towards royal customers like myself is zero. I was never offered anything. I will be switching to another bank which offers various deals & money for switching. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

When it went wrong they sorted it already

Compensation for switch taking more than 7 days, and bottle of wine for getting interest on isa wrong. Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Advance Current Account
