Wouldn't pay out for anything

There was no point in getting travel insurance with these guys. My boyfriends dad died while we were travelling, they wouldn't pay for his travel home to get back for the funeral. I needed emergency dental treatment; I sent the forms in which they claim to have never received, so I sent again at which point they said it was too late. Reviewed on: 20th August 2018

Excellent customer service, easy to renew

Have used them for a multi-trip travel insurance policy for several years, and each year the price has risen only slightly. The renewal procedure is clear and works well. On the one occasion I had to discuss a slight change in our circumstances they responded quickly and helpfully on the phone to sort out just what we needed. Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

InsureandGo Review

I have used InsureandGo for travel insurance the past five years or so. I was recommend to them by a friend due to their reasonable prices. Luckily I have never had to claim yet, but I don't doubt that if I ever have to, they would be nothing but helpful, supportive and professional. Comprehensive and Affordable

I took out the Annual Black cover for a year of travelling worldwide. I added valuables and Winter Sports just in case and it all came to under £140. Having an online claim service is convenient too and when I have had troubles I've found they are quick to respond and helpful. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019

Just Excellent!

I have been with InsureAndGo for almost 10 years now. The first time I used them back to 2009, my flight was delayed for almost two days due to heavy snow at the airport, my sister and I received 'flight delay' compensation immediately. I thought my next year insurance premium would be higher due to the claim (like some medical insurance!) but it wasn't, it was the same price. Then in 2015, very unfortunate, I had an accident when traveling in Japan. I had got all my medical bills reimbursed with little hassles. Again I thought my premium will be much higher the next year having made such claim but the price was still the same. ( in fact, I thought I had some discount off for being a loyal customer!) I have been with other travel insurance companies before, they almost make sure you could not be able to claim for the 'flight delay' compensation. I am very happy with InsureAndGo as I love traveling so I will definitely continue to use them. I have already recommended them to my family. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019
