A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. I Have had a few issues with my JAJA credit card.

Have had a few issues with my JAJA credit card. Firstly, interest was applied when my balance was £0. JAJA did correct this and reverse the interest charge. However, when interest was applied, it removed my 0% balance transfer offer through no fault of my own. I’m still awaiting a response weeks later for these charges to be removed and 0% duration reinstated. The app is alright, but would be useful if I could make multiple payments through the app, rather than the single one until it’s processed. Not great for live and active budgeting for finances. Easy to setup, goals that enable good finance skills. Education is great help. Paying the card is made really easy linking bank account. Best cards I have had that will help me to stay in control. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Good app but could improve customer support

I’ve been using Jaja Finance credit card for a while now and overall my experience has been quite good. The app is easy to use and transactions are clear and well organised. Payments are usually processed smoothly and I like the simple interface. However, I feel that customer support could be improved as responses sometimes take longer than expected. It would also be great to see more features or rewards added in the future. Overall, a decent credit card service with room for improvement. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
