A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Jaja restored my confidence in credit card providers!

When I applied to JaJa, the process was simple. I'm 70 years old ans not very tech savvy but JaJa helped to get my application processed quickly, no hassle. My card arrived as promised and activation was a simple process. I feel confident using my card knowing tgat my transactions will be processed quickly.
