Jaja refusing to honour balance transfer

In March i made a balance transfer to another provider aas i was sick and tired of Jaja service and how they calculate interest.and wanted to make use 0% charges and payments from another provider. They wrote to me to acknowledge this. So my balance was £215 which i wanted to pay off. A month later to my horror they have changed and reversed the amount for no reason. They say I owe £1800 and every month they put interest. In the meantime I have no problems with my new provider where I pay 0 percent interest. I called Jaja to seek clarification they had an inexperienced staff who knew nothing, the call lasted for an hour, failed to solve my problem, kept saying HSBC made a mistake. So if HSBC made a mistake why don't you direct me to the relevant department.She said they , her dept doesn't deal with this.Sihe kept pausing and going to ask her supervisor. I paid a fortune for this call. It was daytime and there was no need for her not to transfer me to the relevant department. She later said Jaja called me and I was not there. Is that reason why can't Jaja solve the problems as I no longer want to deal with them. I wrote to Jaja four times . In May, June , July and August. All letters were recorded. Up until this day Jaja charges me interest they shouldn't be doing. This has affected my credit ratings. My bank reduced allowances saying I couldn't afford!! Thanks to JAJA!!!!! Post office was taken overby Jaja. Post office had a good service. Jaja awful, it stinks, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME UNTIL ITS BROUGHT TO ITS KNEES. Bad experience with Jaja finance credit card

My card was used fraudulently in November 2024 and I am being treated like a criminal, they have blocked my App access and because I didn't know my security word had to get a cheaply photocopied piece of paper with poor use of the English language filled in with a copy of my Passport signed by my Dentist agreeing it is me... I mean...Please it's the 21st century! Since this happened I might add they accepted a £1350 balance transfer to clear my card! A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Rubbish customer service who just hang up on you for no reason. Very uneducated person dealing with customer service . He lazy goose who does not even wanna try and speak he just hangs up so he can show records he attended calls . People like that should be fired. They pure dirty finance . Very easy and responsible credit card provider

So far nothing but a positive experience with a Jaja credit card. Main point is that it just works (as a credit card should!). But the setup makes it easy to use the card well, from direct debit payments, the ability to freeze the card, notifications about spending and balance management, and the application process.
