Dreadful service

I sent a payment which isn't showing in my account. When telephoning the system says the wait time is two minutes. This message is repeated every two minutes until the caller gives up. Reviewed on: 20th November 2023

Excellent interest rates

Easy to open an account, helpful staff, very competitive interest rates. At the time I opened the account it had one of the best interest rates. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
