Did a quote for John Lewis home insurance which was not only more than double anywhere else, but now they've phoned me every single day since leaving the quote. Poor form.. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016

We needed to make a claim on our John Lewis Home Insurance and the service was exceptional. From start to finish we dealt with the same person, who was easy to get hold of, friendly and efficient. John Lewis Home Insurance

I switched to John Lewis Home Insurance as my previous insurer kept jacking up the premiums. When my mountain bike was stolen I didn't think I'd recover its full value as it was four years old. The claim handler at John Lewis Insurance was a cycling expert and was very efficient and knowledgeable - he took me through the options and helped me find this year's equivalent bike from the same manufacturer Reviewed on: 6th November 2015
