AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Do not use this bank, I repeat do not use this bank. Aside from the poor non existent customer service and complaints team. They will suspend your account for no reason, request bank information from your other bank (one of my other banks which I provided them has been suspiciously blocked and I have no access), the team who does review are not customer facing, I have had no access to my money since 1st Aug. I’m not allowed to close my account whilst this review is ongoing, so essentially they are holding my money hostage. I’m not only one that they have done this to, check out their TrustPilot for more experiences like mine and also check out this employee review as it seems like they are not following the correct guidelines and wonder if the FOS, FCA and other regulatory bodies are aware of it https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Employee-Review-Kroo-United-Kingdom-RVW80841314.htm. So pleased I opened an account with Kroo.

So pleased I opened an account with Kroo. The app tells me immediately when I have spent something, or money goes into the account. They give good interest rate on the money in the current account, and do not charge for using their card abroard. If I could give Kroo 100 stars I would. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Excellent across the board!

Excellent across the board! Their current account has a very good interest rate that means I can live, spend and earn interest all at the time. Their interest rate has so far been better than most other financial services. Furthermore, their app is very easy to use and highly well designed.
