Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. The only Bank in UK that is for the customers.

The only Bank in UK that is for the customers. Getting interest on your money in your debit account, what ever money you have in you get interest. Not like all others UK banks that lie to you by offering good interest in their terms and make you to create savings accounts that you can not put how much money you like or they penalise you if you take money out. Kroo is straight forwards bank for the customers, you get interest on what money you have in on what ever account. For me there is not a drawback. I have £1 in I get interest for £1, I have ££100 get interest for £100, no terms, nor penalised, no gimmicks and excuses for not paying you the interest to you and keep the interest they suppose to pay you in their own pockets (Banks pockets). Had a few issues with suspected scam, so needed to m...

Had a few issues with suspected scam, so needed to make account secure etc as a matter of urgency. It was a bank holiday weekend and would normally of been hard to sort for other banks I have held accounts with. Firstly the app, chat bot and email help was so easy to make sure my accounts were frozen. Secondly the personal phone call to help me through things was unbelievable. They had the patience of a saint with me as I'm not tech savvy at all, they hung on the line until I was fully through the process... This may not seem important but this was my family savings which were talking about. So all I can say is "BRAVO" Kroo Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

KROO - One of the best UK banks.

KROO pay good interest on current accounts unlike other greedy banks. Their open-ness to move larger sums daily is great. KROO have not let me down, unlike other banks, who seem hell bent on not allowing me access to my own funds when I want it. It is refreshing to find a bank that does not survive on greed and provides a flexible way of banking. Only downside is the lack of ability to deal with incoming funds from offshore or payments to offshore accounts. Not helpful for those of us who are paid overseas. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024
