Excellent customer service

I wanted to open a new account in Jan 2023 and came across Kroo. They were very much in demand and forwarned me that there might be a delay beyond their usual timeframe for getting my account up and running. The application process was very straightforward and in fact they were able to get me up and running within days. I wanted to make a number of transfers from a different bank into my new Kroo account but this proved problematic as my previous bank kept refusing the transfer on the basis that they didn't know about Kroo & thought it might be fraudulent. The team at Kroo were very helpful in guiding me through the process and confirming when money was recieved etc and when the money needed to be transfered out (for a house purchase) they again helped me with the timing of the transfers and called me to ensure that all was well. It was a breath of fresh air being able to talk to real people who made an effort to understand my needs.
