App needs more work

Compared to apps from competitors the Kroo app leaves a lot to be desired. It is very basic in what it supplies, information on the account etc, I believe they need to learn some lessons from some of their peers such as Chase Bank and implement some of the basic elements required in an app such as being able to download statements, show a list of live direct debits and standing orders etc Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
