I’ve been really impressed with Laka’s unique approach

I’ve been really impressed with Laka’s unique approach to cycle insurance. The sign-up process was straightforward and the pricing model feels fair and transparent—especially as it rewards a community of careful riders. Customer service was prompt and friendly when I had questions, and all my policy details were easy to access online. Thankfully, I haven’t needed to make a claim so far, but knowing repairs and replacements are covered gives me real confidence when I’m out riding. Laka cycle insurance is the best!

Laka cycle insurance is the only one that actually stated it would cover the theft of my bike if left unattended providing it was properly secured using recommended locking devices. Most others had wording that excluded Theft. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
