Had my beloved bike stolen and thanks to Laka I was back cycling within two weeks. My claim was accepted without any additional faff after submitting what was listed in a very clear requirements. Also appreciated the option to choose a different bike as a replacement and professional help. On top of that the community system of Laka is so much better than the usual insurance giants! I got cycle insurance when more and more of my life came to depend on having a working bike. This summer, riding to Greece, my GPS computer flew off and smashed. Laka sorted it out that very day and the whole process from reporting to replacing was incredibly smooth and reassuring.
