I only use Laka for their "Laka Club" public liability Insurance. And while I've luckily not yet had an experience of claiming, the cost is unrivalled, the website is slick and easy to use and I'm not tied into any contract. I think Laka's insurance service is excellent. As a customer, I am pleased to know where the money is spent, as Laka shows this very clearly. Amazing, Fast, Compassionate

Laka aren't you're normal insurance provider. They aren't trying to trick you or catch you out in the small print, they're there to help keep you on the road no matter what. My bike got stolen in London and they got me a replacement bike without delay, and because they found my bike cheaper than I originally bought it for, they gave me almost £300 in gift cards to spend at a bicycle store of my choice - talk about fair. I'm back on the road, with some fancy new bike parts. Thanks for being there when I needed it most. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2022
