Human, straightforward, transparent & fair.

Laka has been easy to use, talking to customer reps feels like talking to a human, fair cost & seeing where the money goes is a fantastic feature, and I feel genuinely supported & fairly dealt with when making a claim. Great communication, understanding and reassuring

When I had a bike accident they were able to help look around and booked in a repair for my carbon frame. Great communication all the way through out and gave me tonnes of options for picking my preferred mechanic. The reassurance was key and that I didn't have to jump through hoops.
