A new way of insurance which feels a lot more like a collective. Monthly variable (but capped) fees and lots of data on where the money goes. Very competitive too. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Perfect Is all I can say

Since joining LAKA I’ve had nothing but perfect service. Easy set up to get me fully insured and customer service has been nothing but perfection. After a small accident resulting in the need to replace parts, the LAKA team were incredible in getting me back up and riding in no time. Every time I’ve had a query about my account, they’ve been extremely quick to respond with the most helpful of answers. I can’t really fault them, other than wanting more LAKA branded kit to come back into stock! Haha. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Fair and transparent insurance

Insurance companies often take advantage with big profits just because they can – not Laka. Their model with payments varying depending on the amount of claims makes it fairer and more transparent all around. I wish all insurance providers were structured this way. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Easy, efficient and

Laka is amazing. I was referred by a friend so I got my insurance for free for the first few months. When the payments kicked in they were really reasonable, and the team were amazing when I had to make a claim. They responded really quickly and my wheel was replaced without any hassle. Amazing service that gets you back on your bike
