Having a non standard situation where I store my bikes (home /work /vehicles) Laka were easy to communicate with and happy to confirm what was and what was not covered, and put it in writing. My bike got written off in a nasty crash. Within a few days I had the money in my account for a new bike and Laka had collected my old bike to scavenge parts. A great service from a great insurer. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
