Great and uncomplicated bike insurance

I have lost my commuter bike due to theft. It was locked in a fenced and locked back garden After filing a claim it took 2 weeks until I got a great new replacement. The claim process was easy and straight forward. The contact who handled the claim was super friendly and quick. Quibble-free, painless service

With previous insurers, I've had to fill out multiple lengthy forms, been left waiting months for a claim and often been handed to multiple different personnel. With Laka, for a relatively simply claim, the form took minutes and the whole process was clear, crisp and efficient. Their account management is very easy to understand and they make their Ts and Cs simple for the layperson. If at all you anticipate having a bike insurer you might actually use, Laka get my vote.
