I’ve fortunately never had to use Lanka but they’re clearly top notch as I’ve had many a positive word from fellow cyclists, plus their emails are insightful and positive, breaking down all the reasons why they charge what they do, and reminding me that insuring my prized possession is worth every penny! Great flexibility on insuring my winter bike / summer bike on a month-to-month basis rather than a fixed contract. Affordable and transparent on the company workings and their vision. Would recommend to anyone looking for bike insurance! Reviewed on: 19th September 2022

Great Insurance

Having had insurance through Laka for 3 years, I finally required their help a few months ago when randomly, my seatpost snapped on a 100km ride. The process start to finish was straight forward with regards to making a claim. Communication was great and they kept me updated with the process. My new seatpost was ordered the same day it was agreed upon and delivered a couple days later. Very easy and customer based process. In addition to my claim, I like the set up of the company where monthly payments fluctuate depending on the amound of claims made that month, and in advance you have a max limit which you can budget for knowing your payment won't breach this. I always had a great experience with Laka. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable, plus very warm. Recently I had to make a claim and everything was handled very efficiently while being mindful that this is a very unpleasant event for me. Great company, I couldn't recommend it more.
