Had to claim for a new frame set of a nearly new bike during the time it was very difficult to get hold of anything to do with cycling. Thankfully the claim was settled within hours and I was back on a bike in a couple of weeks. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022

You ca really tell that behind the website there are people who cycle. From the quick responses even on bank holidays. The reassurance and clear communication from the team. From little things like covering water bottles to covering issues to get you back on the road safety. I have nothing terrible to say and have recommended them. They are extortionate and very fair.
