I've had to claim twice with Laka now, and both times the experience was flawless. The team is incredibly helpful, the process is lightning-fast, and there's no hassle. I have been using Laka for my bikes insurance for over a year. Luckily I have not had to do a claim but have been happy with the service they have provided and the value for money. They have great communications and easy to understand policies. Reviewed on: 17th September 2025

Laka provided quality service when I needed it

Laka replaced all components damaged after a collision with a pot hoke and a nail that penetrated my rear wheel rim. They loaded with my chosen service provider (Trek Piccadilly in Manchester) and made a payment direct to them! All was good Reviewed on: 17th September 2025

Laka has a very transparent pricing structure, and i appreciate the monthly breakdown of how insurances are spent among customers. The refer a friend program has benefitted both myself and my friend and given us both great insurance deals. Reviewed on: 17th September 2025
