Always top service from actual humans

My bike was part stolen very shortly after getting insurance and Laka were good as gold, helping to get me back on the road. I had correspondence with a rep assigned to my case who was friendly and had a personality! I think other companies forget it's okay to be a human and have a little joke here and there instead of being a robot. Keep it up Laka! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

So far, Laka have been incredible value compared to other insurance companies. Adding and removing things from your policy is easy as pie, and from what I've been told by friends, claiming is simple. I love the idea behind the company too. Variable rates mean some months the company saves by not having to pay out, which they pass directly to the customers. It's a groundbreaking way to run a company and hopefully it works as a long term business model. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
