So far so good, I am customer since 2021 and ever since I had 3 claims including one where I was represented in court case and I have won and received payout as situation did not happen by myself, team is very friendly and very straightforward. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

A great site with very easy processes

Laka was very quick and easy to setup an account and get the insurance of the bikes completed quickly. The pricing and different options on the site are all very clear and if there are any edits to be made to the policy it is very easy.
