Seamless and unbelievably quick when we were in the unfortunate position to have damaged our bike. While insurance is just insurance until you need them, Laka stepped up in every way. Their first question was, “are you ok?” And then it was about getting us back on the road as quickly as possible! Can’t fault them and we really like how easy it is to add on and take off international travel. The only item for possible improvement would be to select which bike you would like to take on holiday! Fantastic customer service

I had a serious accident that wrote off my (expensive) bike. Laka dealt with my claim compassionately and quickly, and settled the claim within a couple of weeks. The communication was excellent. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026
