First Class Service.

2 phone calls and a couple of weeks of waiting and I had my damaged frame replaced. Laka, sourced a new one, shipped it direct to my local bike shop and took care of the bill for the strip and rebuild. First class service! Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

So worth it! The customer service is GOLD!

The insurance is relatively expensive, but oh boy is it worth it! I had a pretty nasty crash during a crit race recently, and wrote off my bike as well as tearing my ACL! I was so upset and dreading the admin of having to put in a claim and wait ages to get a new bike. Outstanding, competent service!

Laka are absolutely outstanding. I’ve been insured with them for just over three years and have had to make two claims in that time. On both occasions the service was faultless – the team are consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. They work with excellent bike shops, which really shows in the quality of support you receive. When my handlebars were stolen, they sourced the specialist pair I originally had and went out of their way to make sure they were the correct fit.
