Extremely transparent and easy to use

Luckily, I did not have to make any claims yet. However, the ease of use is astonishing. I went on international trip on my bicycle and just turned on the add-on for the worldwide cover. Once, I was back home I just disabled it and my payment is back to were it was before the add-on was enabled. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

it genuinely feels like specialist insurance run by enthusiasts. I like that I get a breakdown of the fee, the number of payouts and visibility of where the moneys going. They are offering the best customer and product services specifically for bicycles. I like also the platform to register the bike the gears and wears. I feel in good hands also because not only the bike is insured but also all my gears like the two expensive U locks I have even if one is angle grinder grade, the thieves could damage them and the rest of the bike when trying.
