Excellent model. Excellent customer service.

I would strongly recommend Laka. I had an accident in France (stupid French gravel) and even though I was technically away longer than the permitted 60 days. Laka were flexible because of the Covid crisis and allowed my claim. Matt who dealt with the claim was very efficient and once I had organised the repair the money was sent to my account very quickly. The sad thing is that as I am moving permanently to France so will not be able to stay with Laka as they don't yet cover Europe. As and when they do I'll be back like a shot! The best insurance claim experience I've ever had

I crashed my bike and as soon as I'd placed the claim I was able to email with someone who understood what had happened, the damage to the bike and was able to approve the claim immediately. Amazing. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
