I would strongly recommend Laka. I had an accident in France (stupid French gravel) and even though I was technically away longer than the permitted 60 days. Laka were flexible because of the Covid crisis and allowed my claim. Matt who dealt with the claim was very efficient and once I had organised the repair the money was sent to my account very quickly. The sad thing is that as I am moving permanently to France so will not be able to stay with Laka as they don't yet cover Europe. As and when they do I'll be back like a shot! The best insurance claim experience I've ever had

I crashed my bike and as soon as I'd placed the claim I was able to email with someone who understood what had happened, the damage to the bike and was able to approve the claim immediately. Amazing. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Fair because of the variable rates and transparency of what you are paying as well as the value they offer for a replacement item Knowledgable about cycling and cycle kit. When my bike was stolen earlier this year, Laka were brilliant. They replaced my bike quickly and efficiently and were always quick to reply to any emails. Couldn't fault the service :) Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

I had never made an insurance claim before. I didn’t know what to expect. From the outset they were clear on my options and offered impartial personal experience.
