they settle quickly and efficiently, their live chats are saved and if you accidentally exit the live chat you will still remain connected and don't have to start the whole conversation all again. They have no excess which makes a difference on the smaller claims!! Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Easy claims process & fair pricing

Best experience ever

After being a Laka customer for just over 4 weeks, my bike suffer some physical damage. After making my claim, which by the way is a very easy and simple process the Laka team made it their task to get me up and running in no time. Communication was great and clear and my problem was solved extremely fast. Happy to have them as my insurance providers. Last bat not least their way of operation makes very fair on every Laka member when it comes to monthly premiums. Overall amazing team and amazing insurance provider. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

The team are extremely helpful in helping me with any question I have regarding my insurance. Whenever I need help, I am able to get this within minutes. They have made filing a claim as easy as it could be.
