The unfortunate nature of Insurance cover is you only find out how good it is when you need to make a claim. Laka were outstanding in dealing with my claim. I had an accident on Friday afternoon and was riding again with a new replacement wheel the following Wednesday. Thanks Laka!! Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Knocked off my bike on the first day of my holiday. Laka were quick to respond and my cover provided me with bike hire costs so I could keep cycling on holiday. My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I had a replacement bike delivered to my home within days. Could not recommend more! Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

After my bike was sadly stolen, Charlie from Laka worked with me to all my replacement accessories. Suggesting alternative bikes as my original was no longer available, and staying in close communication throughout the process. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

I had a crash !!!!!

Sadly, or should I say embarrassingly, I came off my bike. Along with my self pride my bike was damaged. I contacted Laka the next day and they were awesome. I filled in the details online and submitted the photos. They were in touch within a day and by the end of the week all was sorted. Super speedy service with no hassle or debate from Laka. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received and can honestly say its the best insurance company interaction I have experienced during my adult life. You would be hard pushed to find a better more customer focused company. In the words of Tina ......."Simply the best!" Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
