Laka make insurance fun

I don't have enough fingers or toes to show you how many people I have recommended Laka to. Not only are they quick, they know cyclists inside and out and know what they want. Communication is unbelievable, knowledge is great, price is fair and they usually surprise you with the outcome of your claim, which is unheard of within insurance. Tremendous service and great value

Sadly I have had one bike stolen and another smashed in a crash in the last year. Both times Laka had me back on the road on a replacement bike - to exactly the same spec - with a minimum of fuss and super prompt and speedy communication and service. There is literally no comparison between this company run and staffed by cyclists and having your bike covered by a general insurer. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Incredibly easy to deal with!

I've had to claim for a damaged bike twice, and both times the handler looking into my case couldn't do more to help. They were very fast, efficient and got me back on the road faster than I could have imagined. Excellent value for money, and fantastic customer service. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
