I've never felt so genuinely looked after when it comes to cycle insurance. The monthly emails are fully transparent and give you a full breakdown of the (usually tiny) costs that are being passed along to you. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

LAKA got me riding again as soon as possible, I could live chat then late on a Saturday evening and call staff even when they were off sick. They were more like helpful friends than an insurance company, and I can’t imagine ever insuring my bikes with anyone else. Friendly, helpful and fantastic! Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

Laka don't feel like an insurance company, you don't take that deep breath and wait for the inevitable fight to happen over a claim, they just get on with it, understanding the love you have for your bike and your love for riding and they get you back in your happy cycling place, no fuss.
