Cheap, transparent and effective.

Cheap, transparent and effective. The level of cover you get is great, even covering your gear and any damage while riding. They are completely transparent every month on where my money is going, and what is going on in the cycle world as a collective. They are clearly a passionate team people that have their finger on the pulse of what people need. I do not generally like insurers, as they always seem to put their bottom-line first at the expense of the 'customer', but it feels like they (whilst obviously looking after their bottom-line too) put the customer higher than others.
