Great innovative insurance!

Great setup process, simple, easy to understand, and fair. Customers pay a fair share to cover all claims across the base, which varies based on claims volumes. Enforcing use of quality locks etc should keep claims down. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Perfect service all round.

Perfect service all round. They are experts in handling claims. I’ve unfortunately had to use them twice and both times have been a doddle. It makes the experience of owning an expensive bike in london much less stressful. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

How insurance should be.

I have had to make a few claims through Laka. Every time their customer service has been excellent and the claims process has been seamless. Laka operates as an insurance company should; provide insurance and pay out without complaint or avoidance when you need them. I wish all insurance companies were like Laka.
