Great, efficient service

Straightforward, clear, fair!

Excellent service - the Yellow Jersey of bike insurers!

I had to submit a claim for a damaged bike wheel a few years ago and was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of Laka's team. The process for submitting a claim was really straightforward and once I'd uploaded some photos of the damage, I had a short phone call with one of their team who took some more info about what happened. They were quick to action the claim and provided clear information about next steps and, crucially, the money claimed was in my account really quickly! I've since recommended Laka to plenty of friends and have yet to hear one of them having a negative experience when claiming. Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
