Just a perfect thing

I had my bike stolen from a cafe I was sitting in after a 100k ride 2 days after I returned from my honeymoon. After the sheer ‘oh!’ Moment and the realisation that somebody has actually stolen my bike I contacted [the police and] Laka (before leaving the venue) with my Crime Number… within a few days (36hours) I was contacted and given the good news, that Laka would ‘sort me out’ within a week (4 days give or take) I had a voucher for my bike and my kit. Amazing service and value

When I had an accident with a car on my bike Laka supported me brilliantly and got me back on the road paying out for a new bike and replacing the accessories too. great service, great communication, ultra fast resolution.

Amazing company
