Laka provide a fantastic insurance experience. When I've needed them they've been on hand, fast and understanding - a rare thing in financial services, despite their crucial role in our lives. Their service is also tailored to my needs and self-serve, so I can sort things out myself when I need to without the typical, painful online form/non-existent phone number UX from other providers.
