Absolute legends

Unfortunately had to claim on my Laka insurance back in January when my bike was stolen over Christmas / New Year. It could not have been a smoother process, super helpful staff and super friendly too. Not everything that sounds to good too be true is a scam after all Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

No hassle!

I had a bike malfunction and damaged my SL5 carbon frame pretty badly - needed all sorts of work but was fixable. Laka's friendly team (I dealt with Keegs) were helpful from start to finish and the ease of uploading my incident to their portal was second to none. Laka dealt with my claim fairly and quickly, even though I hadn't got enough cover to replace my bike like for like brand new. There were no arguments and no queries just a easy and quick service that I would recommend to anyone wanting a pain free insurance experience should you need it Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Simply amazing insurance.

I've had Laka insurance for a few years now, and it has been great to know that my bike and gear are covered if anything goes wrong. And it does! Unfortunately, I've had to make two claims, and each has been handled magnificently. I just can't imaging a better insurer. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
