As existing customers we have just completed an on-line mortgage transfer application. The procedure was very simple. I rang once for advice and a very helpful staff member quickly answered my query. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Approachable, helpful, informative and friendly.

I needed to remortgage from Domestic to Buy To Let and the process from beginning to end was pain-free, easy to understand and taken at a pace which did not leave me behind or drown me with jargon. Joanne Morgan from the Leek team was professional whilst being friendly and supportive during the process. I would highly recommend the Leek for being approachable, helpful, informative and friendly.
