Buy to let

Wanted a buy to let mortgage, provided the necessary information however we were not accepted, then we provided the same information to natwest and were accepted immediately. We had been working on this project for the last 10 years and at the end we were a small amount of money short. After securing a loan with natwest we were left with a property worth 1.2 million pounds with a mortgage of £100,000 paying £3000 per in rent per month. Leek Building Society have always been reliable and trustworthy. Easy to access information on line or through the post if preferred. Always some one at the end of a phone to help with any queries. Excellent products and service

Excellent customer service

I have been with Leek BS for the entirety of my mortgage, and have never found an alternative provider that has been able to offer me a better value product. I have always received excellent customer service, and in a world of automated phone lines, it has always been refreshing to hear a friendly human voice simply pick up the phone straight away and say, "Hello."
